We’re finally in the full swing of summer! We can’t believe how fast time goes by, how did it become July? Where did the rest of the year go? It seems as though spring blew by in an instant. Don’t let the summer pass you by, take advantage of the longer days, warmer weather, and awesome events going on. Fortunately for you, there’s no shortage of fun summer events in Plano. Even better, many of these events are free or don’t cost too much money so you can have a great time without worrying about finances or travel.

Summer Movie Series

Gather the whole family together and take in a fun movie screening. The Shops At Willow Bend are opening up their doors to the Plano community every other week this summer for a family-friendly movie screening. All you need to bring is yourself and a friend. Downtown Plano Art & Wine Walk

We’re in the swing of this year’s art and wine walk season and it’s only getting better. The next event is July 11, followed by August 8. Purchase your ticket to attend and receive free wine tastings from local vendors. The art and wine walk is always a great time, we hope to see you there. Summer of ‘69

Want to relive the days you thought were long past? You can at the Summer of ‘69; a night of amazing music and great times. A Bryan Adams tribute band takes the stage at Legacy Hall on Saturday, July 20. If you haven’t been, Legacy Hall is a premier European-style beer hall and entertainment center. We hope to see you there!
